Blending and industrial adaptation of chemical formulations
We mix, refine and prepare reagents for the actual technical conditions of a site — instead of forcing the task to fit a warehouse product.
How it works
Blending means fitting the chemistry to the site
The same reagent behaves differently at different salinity, temperature and medium composition. Blending produces a formulation that works in your specific conditions.
We work with base components and concentrates: we select the ratio of active substances, solvents and modifiers, and verify compatibility and stability at both operating and low temperatures.
The client receives a ready-to-use formulation with a quality certificate, a preparation procedure and a recommended dosage — and, if required, the injection equipment on rent.

What to include in the brief
- Type and purpose of the formulation (or a description of the problem)

Process
Four steps from the task to a finished formulation
Analysis of the brief and operating conditions
We collect the input data: medium composition and temperature, salinity, pH, H₂S and CO₂ content, equipment duty cycle, applicable standards and the client’s requirements.
Laboratory selection and formulation development
We run tests on real samples: bottle tests, protective-effect evaluation, component compatibility. The formulation and working dosage are then fixed.
Blending — mixing and preparation
The formulation is prepared at our own facility or on a mobile unit at the client site. Every batch is inspected and comes with a quality certificate.
Delivery, installation supervision and control
We ship in the agreed packaging, provide dosing equipment for rent where needed, supervise installation and support commissioning.
